Being part of the Global resources centre means that you will be relocated to various project as required world wide. Senior RNP & Optimization Engineer position - 1 year contract - Accommodation, travelling & business expenses, 1 x return to home country air ticket, visa, work permit by the company Rate USD per day. Responsibilities: To support Radio network planning & Optimization projects of GSM / CDMA2000+EVDO / UMTS+HSPA / WiMAX/3G. To provide: Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, RF planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs), performance monitoring, Site engineering, Network audit, etc. To Support performance KPI negotiating with operators before or during project implementation To take part in the Preliminary or final radio performance acceptance procedure for worldwide project To communicate with the high level customer, Project Manager, RF Manager, CTO, CEO, etc. To write guidelines for radio network planning & optimization projects. Assist PM with RF team organization setup, resource planning and tasks allocation; to setup RF work processes and supervise project RF part, ensure the network performance complies with contract. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area. At least 5 years of RF planning & optimization engineering experience Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, CDMA2000+EVDO, UMTS+HSPA or WiMAX systems. Familiar with / excellent in multi vendors' wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization. Experience in appointed as a Team Leader of RNP & RNO Projects, familiar with Technical Management and Project Management. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills. Tools experience for: RF planning, propagation models, RF optimization, protocol analysis, etc Able to work in a fast paced working environment. 5. NW Design & Optimization Engineer, IP Core (1 position)

Responsibility

-          RNC2600

-          BSC Upgrade S12 to S13 Features Activation

-          Radio Access Commissioning

-          Integration and Trouble Shooting

-          Customer support WCDMA/RAN-RNC

Notes

-          Have a knowledge on test tools and software (tems, nemo)

-          Advanced in using Nokia NetAct Planner, BTS Manager 4.0, AXC manager 2.7

-          5 years experienced with the same scope of works is preferable

-          Contract for 3 months (extendable)

-          Expat and local worker.

-          Start immediately
