We are looking for a candidate who has expert knowledge of -
- BTS Hardware equipment, Antenna System's and Alignment, Parameters, versions of S13,S14, RG10 and common BCCH features.
- 2G & EDGE KPIs/optimisation and in particular drop call rate, CSSR, HO success rate and TBF success rate.
- Design Frequency (RF Hopping and Cell Hopping).
- you will be required to carry out drive tests to ensure no over lapping.
