Radio Tuning team
20 Identify if any alarms on NodeB/RNC and if present help clear them
or identify root cause
21 Activate and manage RNO tools (e.g. NCS, MRR)
22 Work in the activation of GPEH and collection of GPEH information
23 Activate and manage UETR, CTR and also RNC traces (optional -
assist in analyzing traces)
•24 Plan, design, troubleshoot and resolve problems in order to
stabilize and optimize customer networks
