Tangent are currently looking for NPO RF Manager to work a 3 Month Extendable contract based in the Kenya.

Must have:

- More than 8 years experience in GSM technology with minimum 3 years experience in NPO Project management.
- Excellent understanding of project delivery phases.
- Good knowledge of end to end network topology with excellence in at least one of the fields(RF, access, core)
- Good understanding of KPIs
- Able to schedule/deliver/manage drive tests teams.
- Understands project financials and resource organization.
- Proactive, excellent communicator, highly organised.
