Requirements:

• Graduated from S1/D3 in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer science
• Min 2 years experience
• Can Create Macro (excel & Access)
• good knowledge in visual basic and Ms. Access

PLO Engineer 2G/3G

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Graduated from S1/D3 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
• Min 3-5 years experience for PLO Engineer / Min 4-6 years of experience for Sr.PLO Engineer experience in NOKIA / SIEMENS / HUAWEI / ALCATEL - LUCENT System
  
• Ability to analyze of frequency changes
• Ability to analyze and change database parameter for new sites, and expand the quality of network to achieve KPI target SD-Drop, TCH-Drop, Blocking
  
• Analyze and optimize log file DT with TEMS
• Make report of KPI target achieved and send to customer to be reviewed
• LAC & SDCCH Planning

Tangent International currently require the following:

DESCRIPTION :
The 3 persons should have a background in 3G ALU and knowledge in tools Couei (XCAL, XCAP). It would be interesting that they have experience of monitoring on NPO and RF design on Atoll. They should be mobile and speak English (Russian a +)

ROLE "
Give second support to drive test team in case of problem during data collection Organize drive test activity for his cluster road definition for site verif, cluster optim, pre-acceptance Post-process traces, pre-acceptance and provide appropriate report Post-process and provide explanations if acceptance has been missed Should report explanation when bad KPIs and provide solutions Launch CTb (IMSI based) and CTg (cell based for neighbouring optim during cluster optim) for optimization and acceptance purpose Post-process densification site data and HSDPA refresh data. Provide appropriate report Synchronise post-processing activity with back office teams. Respect / propose improvement on this process. Provide regular report to RF leader on the status of cluster optimization. Highlight him in case of issues or delays.
