Ericsson 3G Optimization & Tuning Optimization Engineers required for
a rolling contract based in North Africa.
Responsible for:
Execution of Radio Network Design (RND) work flow for 3G RAN (Design
and Initial Tuning) .
Post-processing of Drive Test results.
Comparision of Reference KPIs (pre-swap) with post-swap results,
including any necessary corrective actions (including both KPIs
delivered by statistic counters and by Drive Tests).
RF Site Survey reviews .
Coordinate the preparation of Site RF Data Files
Weekly RND / Tuning progress reports and KPI report .
Key customer interface for any Radio issues, including customer presentations.
Trouble-shooting of any Radio related faults and follow up to completion.
Competence transfer to the local staff .
Competences: 3G Radio parameters (knowledge in 2G parameters is a
plus) (W10), Radio tools (TEMS), 3G KPIs (knowledge in 2G parameters
is a plus), Radio statistics, Radio Design and Initial Tuning process
.
