a)  Have at least 4 years of RF working experience with 3 years of GSM experience
b)  Have at least 2 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of GSM network
c)  Be familiar with Huawei RF parameter meaning and setting
d)  Be excellent in communication in English
e)   To be assign into MAKASSAR

One 3G RNO of middle level
a)  Have at least 3 years of RF working experience with 1 year of UMTS experience
b)  Have at least 1 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of UMTS network
c)  Be familiar with Huawei RF parameter meaning and setting
d)  Be excellent in communication in English
e)   To be assign into BANJARMASIN

Two 3G RNO of Junior level
a) Have at least 1 years of RF working experience and UMTS experience
b)  Be familiar with Huawei RF parameter meaning and setting
c)  Be excellent in communication in English
d)   To be assign into SURABAYA and JAKARTA/BALIKPAPAN

Four 2G RNOs of Junior level
a)  Have at least 1 years of RF working experience and GSM experience
b)  Have at least 1 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of GSM network
c)  Be familiar with Huawei RF parameter meaning and setting
d)  Be excellent in communication in English
e)   To be assign into PONTIANAK or BALIKPAPAN
