As discussed I am seeking 3G RF Optimisation engineers for a role based just outside of Tokyo.

Brief details below:

Evaluation of new frequency NW traffic handling strategy.
Evaluation of new frequency NW and cluster with current NW.
Level: Senior consultant
Roll: Technical leader
Competence:
Consultant skill (not pure technical engineer)
Over 5 year experience of WCDMA Optimization
Not only troubleshooting activity, also feature optimization experience (Maximize HS throughput, EUL,,,)
Optimization experience of 3 carrier NW and 2nd HS carrier.
Highly developed presentation skills for customer management

Duration - ASAP to December 2010 (with a probable extension)

The client is offering €6500 per month + accommodation (fully furnished apartment) + flights + visa. You will need to pay for your own management fees which are apx €400 per month.
