Huawei 3G Rf Engineer's required for Peru!!!

Consulting Services for the optimization of a UMTS network in Peru, four (04) months, at national level. The characteristics to be fulfilled by the engineer are:

 
a) Senior Engineer with minimum 3 years experience optimizing UMTS systems with solid knowledge of the various technologies.
b) Experience and knowledge network based on parameterization of system performance with Huawei.                                                                                                                                                           
c) Knowledge and experience with various special features of the provider Huawei.
d) Willingness to make "on the job training" for technical staff.
