LTE RF Planning Engineer & Field Engineers/Techs

Position: LTE RF Planning Engineer

Location: Dallas, Denver, Washington DC, Phoenix, Las Vegas

Regular Full-time  

Includes but not limited to following.

. Perform link budget analysis, understand and utilize design criteria including coverage and traffic analysis
. Ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive testing data for model tuning and calibration
. Perform nominal and detailed RF design, including site selection and site acquisition support
. Perform technical site survey
. Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologies
. Perform site build verification and acceptance
. Create site data-fills to support site integration
. Undertake network optimization and performance improvement tasks to achieve predefined key performance indicators (KPI)

. Two years work experience in RF network design and optimization
. LTE technology understanding and know-how

. BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science

Must be a United States citizens or Green Card Holder (NO Sponsorship)

Must pass seven year background test and drug screen

Must pass an DMV check with no DUW or DWI in the last five years
